Home time just got a serious upgrade.
The HOT 1027 Drive with Ian F is your daily escape hatch from the chaos of the workday — three hours of pure feel-good, foot-tapping, sing-it-loud ‘Old Skool’ magic.
Behind the wheel is Ian F — smooth, sharp, and effortlessly cool, keeping things moving faster than Joburg traffic when the robots are actually working. Alongside him? Absolute broadcasting royalty. Sport comes courtesy of the legendary John Walland, bringing you the latest scores, stories and sideline banter with the authority of a man who’s seen it all (twice). And keeping you in the know on news and traffic is the ever-on-it Natasha Thorpe, because getting home should be smooth in every sense of the word.
Whether you’re stuck on the N1, sneaking in a last email, or already mentally on the couch, this is your soundtrack to switching off and turning up.
Catch HOT 1027 Drive with Ian F, weekdays from 3–6pm on 102.7FM, DStv audio channel 822, or stream it live on www.hot1027.co.za.
Because getting home should feel this good.
